Joe Manca, President / Principal
Joe Manca has been in the real estate industry since 1989 where he worked six years as a property manager with a local firm. He was responsible for managing and leasing functions for a mixed portfolio of apartments, condominium associations, commercial and retail properties. Joe was named the firm's Property Manager of the Year three consecutive years from 1993 to 1995. He then worked with a regional firm as an asset manager for a diverse portfolio of multi-family properties in western Washington. Joe received his BS in Business Administration, Finance and Economics from the Albers School of Business at Seattle University. Joe currently serves as President of Glacier and oversees all management operations of the company.

Mike Simons, CPM, Principal
Mike Simons began his real estate career in 1988 as a property manager for a national commercial real estate firm where he managed and leased a portfolio of 500,000 square feet of commercial space. The portfolio included office, retail, medical/dental, and industrial properties. In 1991, Mike went to work for a regional firm as an asset manager where he was responsible for a diverse portfolio of larger multi-family properties. During this time, Mike successfully managed apartment units in Washington, California and Nevada. Mike is a graduate of the University of Washington, a Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management, and the designated real estate broker for Glacier. Mike currently manages properties for select clients and provides investment, brokerage and consulting services to Glacier clients and investors. |

Lynn Owen, Business Development & Marketing,
Principal
A leader in the property management industry, Lynn Owen brings over 20 years of experience to the firm. Her current management portfolio includes numerous high-profile residential communities, and over 500,000 square feet of prime commercial space to include industrial parks and mixed-use development. Originally from Minnesota, Lynn has managed the operation of properties since 1986, where she began her career with the largest property management firm in St. Paul,
Minnesota. Her role at Glacier includes marketing, business development, and consulting and management services for lease-ups, renovation projects, and mixed-use facilities. Owen was formerly a partner in the development of ETICO Property Management Company. Previous to ETICO,
she was vice president of conventional properties
with the Allied Group. Lynn oversees all aspects of
marketing and business development for Glacier Real
Estate Services. |
