Glacier helps to fulfill regulatory compliance for a variety of circumstances - we can maintain an existing project in good standing; fulfill program requirements for new construction, or convert a market-rate project to a tax credit or bond-financed project. Sosena Kifle, our Director of Affordable Housing, is a designated Certified Credit Compliance Professional with over ten years of experience managing low-income and multi-family housing projects in Washington, Oregon and California. Sosena has established close working relationships with numerous governmental agencies, including the Washington State Housing Finance Commission.
